Return Policy
**Return Deadline**
You are more than welcome to return your unwanted item(s) to us, following our terms and conditions below. Please check to ensure that your return is accepted and processed within our returns policy.
**United Kingdom:** You have 30 days to return your order for a refund or exchange. This is from the date your order was placed.
**International:** You have 30 days to return your order for a refund or exchange. This is from the date your order was placed.
**Return Fees**
Please note that return fees are charged per return generated.
If you are a new customer, your first return will be free (excluding self-postage).
**UK Customers:**
If you are returning for a refund, a fee of £2.99 will be charged.
Return fees will be deducted from your refund when we process it.
*If you are returning part exchange and part refund, your return will only be free if the value of the exchanged item(s) is greater than the value of the refunded item(s).*
**International Customers:** Return costs may vary. We offer some subsidised return fees and some self-postage options, depending on the country from which you are returning. Refund fees will be deducted from your refund when it is processed. Exchange rates will be charged when sending your return.
**Original Condition**
Customer hygiene and safety are very important to us, so please take care to try on, handle, and repack the items carefully. In line with our sustainability strategy, items must be returned to us in their original condition—unused, undamaged, free from makeup, pet hair, deodorant, perfume, and with all original tags and/or ribbons attached. All items will be inspected upon arrival back at our warehouse, and failure to return in original condition may result in cleaning charges or refusal.
For any items that come with multiple pieces, such as multipacks and 2-piece sets, all pieces must be returned within the same return package to qualify for a refund pending QC inspection of the returned items. Failing to return these items together may result in refusal.
All embellished items must be returned in the original box in which they were received.
**NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS**
While returns are an important part of the retail process, not all items can be returned to us. Our non-returnable items include nipple covers, underwear and thongs from our Intimates line, socks, face masks, headbands, hair accessories, gym equipment, and water bottles.
**Return Outcomes**
Returned items may be eligible for a refund or exchange*, provided that your return complies with the rest of our policy.
*Exchanges are subject to stock availability. Non-returnable items will not be available for return. Items must be returned within the relevant return deadlines and specific policies, exchange, and refund terms.
All exchange requests will be shipped via economy shipping, and you will receive a new order confirmation email once the exchange is processed.
**Please note that all return totals displayed during Shop Now are in GBP. These totals will be converted to your local currency, regardless of whether you receive more or less for your return.**
**Processing Time**
Our goal is to process all returns within 6 days (UK) / 25 days (International) of delivery to us, provided there are no issues with the return. Refunds will be processed back to your original payment method. Exchanges will be processed automatically as a new order and shipped to you via standard delivery.
We will send you an email once we have received and processed your return.
**Unfair Claims / Fair Use Policy**
Our team closely monitors return patterns and unusual activities. Therefore, if we suspect fraudulent activity on your account, we may have to withhold issuing a refund or block your account and any associated accounts entirely.
Fraudulent activity includes, but is not limited to: claims related to non-received orders, missing items, unusual return activity patterns; when we suspect someone is not just trying on their items but using them for longer periods or returning used/worn items that do not match what was originally ordered.
If you return items that do not match what you originally ordered, we reserve the right to take legal action against you. This includes returning items that are significantly different from what you purchased or attempting to return items that do not belong to the company.
If you have made an instant exchange return, we reserve the right to charge the full price of the exchange to the payment card if you have returned items that do not belong to the company.
**Responsibility**
Returned items are your responsibility until they reach us, so please ensure they are securely packaged and cannot be damaged in transit!
If the item you are returning has multiple pieces or accessories, please ensure that all of them are included in your return; otherwise, we reserve the right to refuse.
As the order remains your responsibility until it arrives back to us, please ensure you keep your proof of posting in case you need to contact us about your return.
We are not responsible for any items returned to us by mistake. If we are able to locate them (which is not always possible) and you want them returned to you, we may ask you to cover the cost of delivery.
Please return each order individually. We cannot process your return if two or more orders are returned in the same package.
